I arrived at the hotel on a cold and rainy day, and the receptionist noticed that I was wet and shivering. Without any formalities, she immediately allowed me to go to my room. Later, they even brought an additional heater to keep me warm. The care and thoughtfulness shown by the staff made me a very happy guest. I highly recommend this hotel.
